One hour setup time, buffet style. One hour serving time with staff provided. Half hour breakdown time. We provide plates, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, cups, sweet tea and lemonade to drink, hot, mild, sweet and smokey and mustard BBQ sauces and buns! |
